Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for supporting Tjayebirds Handmade! Each item in our shop is lovingly handcrafted, making every piece truly one of a kind.

All Sales Are Final Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. Tjayebirds Handmade does not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

• Minor variations in color, texture, placement, or design — these are natural characteristics of handmade goods and are not considered defects
• Buyer's remorse or preference changes
• Shipping delays caused by USPS or UPS

Our Quality Standard Each item is carefully handmade and inspected prior to shipment. Because many of our products are created by hand, slight variations may occur and are considered part of the unique nature of handmade products. Please note that our journals are designed to provide room for ephemera and memory-keeping items, so the binding is intentionally made to accommodate those additions.

Damaged Items If your order arrives significantly damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at TJayebirdsHandmade@outlook.com with the following:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the damaged item
• Clear photos of the packaging it arrived in

Requests submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for review. If Tjayebirds Handmade determines that an error or defect occurred on our end, a replacement or appropriate resolution may be offered at the discretion of the company. We reserve the right to deny refund or replacement requests that do not meet these requirements.

Agreement to Terms By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to update shop policies, pricing, product offerings, and processing times at any time without prior notice.

Intellectual Property Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or distribution of Tjayebirds Handmade designs, photos, digital products, or branding is strictly prohibited.
