Processing Time Most orders are typically shipped within 3–5 business days after an order and payment are received. Processing times may extend during collection launches, high-volume sales periods, holidays, and market events. If you have questions regarding current turnaround times, please contact us at TJayebirdsHandmade@outlook.com. Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once their order has shipped.
Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, shipping destination, and shipping method selected. Any free shipping promotions will be clearly indicated on our website when available.
Delivery Time Once your package has been shipped, delivery times will vary based on your location and the carrier's schedule. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Please note that Tjayebirds Handmade is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, stolen packages, weather delays, or carrier-related issues once a package has been accepted by USPS or UPS. If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact the carrier directly.
Shipping Address Accuracy Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Tjayebirds Handmade is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees required for reshipment. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at TJayebirdsHandmade@outlook.com — we can only make changes before the order has shipped.
International Shipping We currently ship to domestic (U.S.) addresses only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Please check back as we hope to expand our shipping destinations in the future.
